We guarantee the use of this data solely for the purpose of ensuring your reservation.
• Reservations are subject to 100% prepayment.
• The hotel checks the availability of the necessary amount on your card, and in case of insufficient funds, can cancel your reservation without a notice.
• If you would like an invoice to be issued, please send us the details.
• The credit card with which the reservation is made should be presented at the reception.
• Free cancellation is not possible.
• Check-in starts after 2.00 pm. The check-out is until 12.00 am.
• Guests can check-in after they present a valid identity card.
• The parking is free of charge for hotel guests until exhaustion of vacant places.
• Visits by external guests are possible under the following conditions:
  • An additional payment of BGN 20 per person should be made.
  • Person’s registration document must be submitted at the hotel.
