TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA WHICH WE COLLECT AND PROCESS
For the purposes of accommodation and pursuant to Article 116 (1) of the Tourism Act, we are obliged to keep a register of the following information - date, name, Personal number, date of birth, sex, citizenship, number of a valid identity document, country of residence issued the identity document, floor, room, date of arrival, date of departure, number of nights spent, use of tourist package.
Video surveillance is used on the territory of the site.
Full name and a phone number are required during the booking process. By providing them you agree this data to be used in connection with the booking and subsequent accommodation.
According to our booking policy, when booking through the website, you need to provide credit/debit card details - type, number, cardholder, validity. The information you provide is encrypted and protected from unauthorized access.
WHAT WE USE THE PERSONAL DATA FOR AND TO WHOM WE PROVIDE IT
We only collect and process personal data in connection with legal requirements.
We prepare a register pursuant to Article 116 (1) of the Tourism Act.
We prepare invoices by filling in the required requisites under the Accountancy Act.
We use video surveillance to ensure the security and peace of our guests.
The collected personal data shall be provided to the government authorities, duly identified with relevant documents - written instructions stating the grounds, the names of the persons to whom access to the personal data shall be granted.
Personal data shall be destroyed after the statutory storage period.
